Lead finder
A ranked list of businesses worth contacting, with the evidence for each, and a person deciding every contact
The problem it solves
Finding the right businesses to approach takes hours of searching, and most of the list turns out to be wrong for you: chains, closed businesses, or businesses that don't need what you sell.
A research system that finds businesses worth contacting in public information, reads their websites politely, ranks them with the evidence behind each rank, and leaves every decision to a person. Accepted businesses go into the CRM with the research attached, and the first message is written or approved by a person.
How it works
You choose who
The kind of business you want to reach, the area, and how many.
It finds candidates
From public web search and map data. Existing clients and CRM contacts are recognised, and chains and closed businesses are set aside, with the reason.
It reads, politely
Only public pages from the business's own menu, about one request a second, robots.txt honoured, never a form. A dead website is double-checked before it counts.
A report card
For leads that need a better website: a check of phone use, speed, being found, trust basics and accessibility, with what each result measured.
It ranks, with the evidence
Every rank comes with its reasons. Too little to go on means "needs a closer look", not a low score.
You decide
A review queue, one business at a time: shortlist, later, skip or archive. Nothing is contacted without your yes.
Into your CRM
With the research attached, no duplicates, and only email addresses the business published itself. "No solicitations" sites are marked do-not-email.
A first message, by a person
Drafted for you to edit and approve, sent one to one from your own mailbox. Replies, meetings and wins are recorded, so the ranking can be checked against what worked.

01 · You
You choose who
What happens
The kind of business you want to reach, the area, and how many.
Under the hood
- A saved search you can run again
02 · Your software
It finds candidates
What happens
From public web search and map data. Businesses you already work with, or already have in your CRM, are recognised and not added twice. Chains and closed businesses are set aside, with the reason.
Under the hood
- Duplicate check against your CRM
- Every candidate kept with where it was found
03a · Your software
It reads, politely
What happens
Only public pages linked from the business's own menu, a handful per site, about one request a second, and never a page the site asks robots to skip. No forms, no guessed addresses. If a site blocks automated readers, the lead is marked "couldn't see", not "bad".
Under the hood
- robots.txt honoured
- About one request a second
- Never fills in a form
03b · Your software
Dead website? Double-checked
What happens
A website that doesn't answer is checked several ways, and the business is confirmed still open, before it's ranked.
Under the hood
- Public DNS and domain-registration lookups
04 · Your software
A report card of their website
What happens
A check of the site on a phone, its speed, being found, turning visitors into customers, being up to date, trust basics and accessibility. Each area gets a grade, and every result stores what it measured.
Under the hood
- A headless-browser report card: 37 checks in 7 areas
- Accessibility checked with axe-core
05 · Your software
It ranks, with the evidence
What happens
A ranked list where every rank comes with its reasons and what was seen. Businesses that don't need what you sell are set aside, with the reason shown. When too little could be seen, the lead goes to "needs a closer look" instead of a low score.
Under the hood
- Every finding stored with where it was seen
06 · You
You decide
What happens
A review queue, one business at a time, fast with the keyboard: shortlist, later, skip, archive and restore. Nothing is contacted, and nothing enters your pipeline, without your yes.
Under the hood
- A person approves every contact
07 · Your CRM
Into your CRM
What happens
Accepted businesses land in your CRM with the research attached, without duplicates. Contacts are created only for email addresses the business published itself; nothing is guessed. Where and when each address was found is kept, and sites that say "no solicitations" are marked do-not-email.
Under the hood
- No guessed email addresses
- Where each address was found, and when

Replies, meetings, signed and lost are recorded, so the ranking can be checked against what actually worked, and adjusted by hand.
